SHOWTIME IN HONG KONG
The Asia Contemporary Art Show – Hong Kong’s most intimate art experience, returned with its 15th edition this October! The show opened on Friday, October 4th at the Conrad Hong Kong with an exclusive Private View followed by the VIP Collectors Preview and continued on Saturday to Monday, October 7th.
Presented across 65 art living spaces, the Show featured 1,500+ unique artworks and the most dynamic contemporary art being produced today. Visitors browsed and bought art from some of the world's most interesting and promising artists in specially curated hotel rooms and found something genuinely unexpected behind each door, including original paintings, limited editions, sculpture and photography from some of the world's most interesting emerging and mid-career artists from around the globe.
SPECIAL ART SECTORS
The Show featured special sectors: Intersections: China presented by China Merchants Bank Hong Kong Branch and Artist Dialogues.
Intersections: China presented by China Merchants Bank Hong Kong Branch shows a series of dynamic and diverse works by selected galleries, artists, and artist collectives that focus on the crossing of artistic ideas between the past and the present, the traditional and modern as well as East and West.
Artist Dialogues presented artists from around the world exhibiting in a solo or joint presentation. Spread across more than 20 art living spaces, visitors enjoyed an intimate environment to view, learn about, and buy art as artists articulate their artistic practice in a personal and experience-driven setting.
