Shi Jingsong (b.1973) graduated from the China Central Academy of Fine Arts Painting Department. His works seek a poetic means of expressing reality and illusion, subjectivity and objectivity. Using traditional symbols and images, especially the emphasis on clouds, his works show classic artistic concepts with gentle humour.
