Kim, Bong-Soo South Korea The main theme of Kim, Bong-Soo’s (b.1977) is the selfish duplicity of human beings. The characters of human beings have been brought to life in the artist’s works. The people depicted in the sculptures look gentle and intelligent, but have long noses. They are quite innocent looking, but lying at the same time. They look smart, but do not know what the truth is. By producing conflicted characters, the artist seeks to convey human duplicity. |
