Franco Joaquim’s work consists of paintings, prints, sculptures, mixed media, and drawings that cross the figurative and abstract fields. Joaquim has played many roles: a painter, sculptor, a set designer,then an interior designer, to a scientific illustrator in archaeology, ethnography and heritage protection. Recently, Joaquim’s work focuses in abstract expressionism, where he explores ideas, feelings, and emotions as a reflection of his inner-self mirror.
