ABOUT THE ARTIST
Yu Nancheng’s stunning oil paintings are very popular with collectors in Hong Kong and worldwide. The renowned Shanghai-based artist uses traditional “China Red” oil paint, layered with his palette knife in a unique way to create works which are somehow both traditional and modern. The artist was born in Jiangsu Province in 1956, and has been painting since he was a child.
