ABOUT THE ARTIST
Ysa is a self-taught full-time painter who uses the delicate tones in acrylic colours to create folksy, rural themes and everyday scenes on textured canvas. The masterful blending of man and nature in his environment, a style she calls “overlapism”, or the overlapping of design elements, is part of her signature charm. Her artistic skill started as a hobby but led to a wonderful journey of self-discovery.
