ABOUT THE ARTIST
Salvador “Buddy” Ching is a full time painter, installation and performance artist. Ching paints images he sees in his community. He paints people and nature by incorporating earthy tones into mixed media & art installation using indigenous materials. In his art, Ching wants his audience not only to look but also to engage and read the story behind every piece. He prefers using acrylic and printmaking techniques in his works.
