ABOUT THE ARTIST
Yeo-hye Koo (b.1955) uses particular objects in modern and sophisticated ways to express religion. In her works, the sea and waves are used as a metaphor of life and wings represent the constant presence of God. The artist graduated from the Department of Oriental Painting at the Chugye University of Arts and completed her MFA in Christian art at Baekseok University.
