Fotan Artists - Winnie Chan & Amy Chow Hong Kong Since 2001, local artists have set up studios in the industrial area of Fo Tan, developing the area into the largest art hub in Hong Kong. These Fo Tan artists, both local and from overseas, include painters, sculptors, and calligraphers. Winnie Chan and Amy Chow established their studio, Artists' Den, in Fo Tan in 2004.
