ABOUT THE ARTIST
Shin Cheol (b.1953) uses his own unique pop art style to embody the spirit of Korean culture with its own colour and simplification. The themes running through of his art works are love, relationship and humanism. He depicts scenes of relationships and the moment of love in bright and cheerful colour which at first sight gives audiences a pleasant feeling.
