ABOUT THE ARTIST
Born in 1980 Mairi is a painter and ceramic artist, living and working from her studio in Launceston, Tasmania. Represented in Tasmania by Handmark Gallery. Mairi exhibits regularly and has received a number of commissions, scholarships and awards including: an Australian Postgraduate Award to undertake a Masters of Fine Arts at the University of Tasmania, completed in 2011.
