ABOUT THE ARTIST

Conrad Li Wing Yiu, a ceramic artist trained at the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design in Vancouver, has practiced his art in Canada and Hong Kong. He specialises in wheel thrown and hand-build ceramics. His works are based on the themes of humanity, nature, and their symbols–Forest Poles; adventures in 3D surrealism–Double Wall Teapots; the relationship between clay work and the body–Gesture Teapots; and elongated vessels for interior display–Bowl Pots.
