ABOUT THE ARTIST

Wong born in 1936, in Dongguan, Guangdong province. Wong moved to Hong Kong with his parents in his early age and was educated in Hong Kong. He later studied art in the United States from 1961 to 1965. He is currently an Adjunct Professor of the Fine Arts Department of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, a director of the Chinese Painting Association, Beijing; life president of the Chinese Painting Association, Hong Kong; counsellor of the Chinese Artist Association, Hong Kong and Museum Expert Adviser to the Leisure and Culture Department of the Hong Kong Government.
