Min Song Sik was born in Korea. There are two different ways to look at Min's work, the viewers can either look at his artwork up close or from a distance. Both ways, his canvas shares similarities in a colour field abstract paintings, he combines colours both realistically and non-realistically, through which he achieves a balance and contrast of colours and colour fields. This gives his work an integration of realistic and illusionary ambience.
