ABOUT THE ARTIST
The oil paintings by Huang Laiduo (b.1935) are rooted in tradition, while at the same time develops towards modern. His works are majestic and colorful, with a high aesthetic taste. Renowned for an authentic and pure painting languages as well as extraordinary color accomplishments, in his recent works he became braver and more intense in the pursuit of light and color.
