ABOUT THE ARTIST
Russian artist Alena Vavilina has always been fascinated by the elements of nature and how nature is represented in art of other cultures. Vavilina’s unusual style with its vivid colours and jewel-like luminosity, can be attributed to her use of mixed media and layering techniques. Vavilina’s paintings can be found in private collections around the world.
