ABOUT THE ARTIST
After receiving an engineering degree, Okada (b.1972 Chiba) decided to pursue a mentorship under Bamboo Master Jin Morigami. He set off as an independent artist, creating works that exemplify not only the mastery of technical skill over the medium, but an engineer’s understanding of vantage point.
